To ensure smooth customs clearance for international shipping, entering the product URL is mandatory.

However, some products are currently being registered without a product URL, causing delays in shipping. To facilitate smooth international shipping, we will revise the SKU registration criteria as follows:

• For products eligible for international shipping, entering the product URL is mandatory when registering the SKU.

Implementation Date:

• Effective from Tuesday, April 8, 2025

Please make sure to comply with this requirement when registering SKUs to ensure smooth international shipping.
